We began our partnership with One Source in July 2018. Previously, we used multiple sources that provided our resort with outsourced labor on an as-needed basis. In our first meeting with One Source, their approach was different from that of other vendors, but their reasoning made sense and was intriguing. They absorbed most of our internal staff and implemented their own training practices to both meet and exceed our brand standards. Our property has seen an increase in productivity and in our guest satisfaction scores, which is a true testament to their hiring and training process.
